Cellulose is a branchless glucose polymer consisting of anhydrous D-glucose linked by 1,4-b-d-glucoside bond. This glycoside bond can be hydrolyzed by cellulase. The natural structure of cellulase is composed of crystalline and irregular amorphous regions. VASZYME?386 is an enzyme preparation obtained from submerged fermentation of high yield cellulase strains. This product is widely used in textile and garment washing industry.
Working mechanism:
The 1, 4-b-d-glucoside bonds in cellulose, lichen polysaccharides and cereal b-d glucan can be hydrolyzed by cellulase and released into a single glucose unit.
The irregular amorphous region at the center of cellulose chain structure is first affected by endoglucanase, and the 1, 4-b-d-glucoside bonds are randomly cut to produce fiber oligosaccharides in the chain.Fibrinolytic enzyme I and fibrinolytic enzyme ii act on the reducing and non-reducing ends of the fiber oligosaccharides to release the fiber disaccharides.B-glucosidase ACTS on the released disaccharides to produce b-d-glucose.
Product characteristics:
The ph range of this product is 5.5-7.5, and the optimal ph range is 6.0-6.5, which can effectively reduce the difficulty of ph adjustment and the retouch rate.Temperature range is 40-60 ℃,and the optimum temperature is 55 ℃.The buffer and non-ionic surface active agent has good compatibility.

VASZYME?386 is a neutral solid cellulase used to polish knitted or carding fabrics and to provide super-soft feel.

Product characteristics
1.It has excellent wet friction fastness, no formaldehyde, easy to penetrate and adsorb, and can be linked with dyes in the fiber, thus greatly improving the friction fastness of dyes.

Use note:
C-100 products may not be compatible with certain compounds.
